Are you eating enough? Anything under 1200c could have the opposite effect. Your body may think it's starving and it will do what it can to keep the weight on x

Variations can happen. Depending where you put you scale changes things too. Any uneven floors will throw a different weight, same as the scales themselves. We have one of those digital scales from ALDI and if you hop on and off the scale 3 or 4 times the weight shown can vary up to a kg

Sometimes I weigh myself in the morning and by the end of t he day the scales show up to 1-2kg difference! I think it’s got to do with water retention. But by the next morning, my weight is back down again to where it was. So now I weigh myself in the mornings and stick with that, as that seems to be the actual weight of my body without fluids and wotnot.
Don’t lose hope!
