I am officially out of the 230's!!!!!! Now I tackle the 220's.
Its pretty encouraging to see a constant weightloss, and last week I threw in a couple of days of exercise. This week I am doing more exercise days, since I am on vacation. I really hate exercise, but I gotta tell ya with the results I am starting to look forward to it.
