Fantastic! keeping to diet even which is watching what I eat . Avoiding sweets and puddings restricting carbs and seconds trying to eat more fish.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
