昨天我體重居高不下,真令我傷心,之前體重沒超過50kg,現在體重51.8kg,我之前食物熱量1600kcal,現在要減低至1200kcal 。
51.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
