It's a mindset that's built by discipline. But you have to start somewhere and just build off of it. If you want it bad enough, you will attain it.

Small changes that you can live with forever are the key! Diets are a plan for failure. It only takes a few days to turn a change into a habit. It takes dedication to be healthy. What do the easy choices get you? A tougher less enjoyable life! Like Joe said, what do you want and what do you need to do!
