잠 많이 자고 푹 쉬었다.
낮잠을 많이 자서 리듬이 깨진 것이.. 걱정이 되지만 밤에 잠은 제 때 잤다!
61.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
