Wow, I am finally working on the second 75 lbs. Things have gone well for me up to this point with the diet and the exercise. Hopefully all will continue to go well. It has been a very busy summer for me with my sights set on several goals both for myself and my home. I have had to break down and buy myself some new sweat pants and a pair of leggins as I lost my way out of my old ones and I needed at least a new hoodie to keep me a little warm with the cold weather coming. I see the surgeon on Thursday of this week, hopefully he will be happy with my progress. My focus has been on vegetables, fruit, and protien of course along with as much exercise as possible.
