Two weeks of imposed liquid meals have certainly opened my eyes with weight loss possibilities. The only thing I have really craved is a cheeseburger 🍔. Monday I'm back to 1200 cal days for a spell.
123.4 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 21.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
