I started in March/April 2023. I seem to be one of the few members who follows a balanced diet with a small calorie deficit. I enjoy working out with weights at home. Anyone else following this path?
103.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I am! I exercise Monday - Friday at home. I'm still working on my diet. I seem to do ok with my eating during the day but I struggle in the evenings and weekends.

hi…. I wish I could excerise… it is either I have no energy or O an jist so tired after work. I personally think it is an added plus if you are excerising- well done to you👏

I am too (: I'm in a slight deficit and weight lift 5 times a week. I'm absolutely terrified of eating too little. thus far, my progress has been without any hiccups 🥳

I am starting this today. Sick and tired of losing the same 18 kg over and over by following unsustainable diets. Changing my relationship with food and learning to shave calories off recipes
