I have been strictly eating meats/seafood, salads, veggies and cheese for the most part. In between I have a protein shake with one as breakfast. Coffee daily too. Along with exercise I'm losing weight!!! WOW.
73.9 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
