Yesterday completely fried my CNS. I pushed myself pretty far on my deadlift for the first time since starting my fitness journey. Hit a Personal Record but oh man.... I felt the effects on my mental state later. I was mentally dead. Never felt that way before. My calories have been super consistent hitting the 2800kCal, sometimes slightly less on rest/active recovery days. Starting yesterday, I am on week 6 of my routine and I'm really focusing on the Strength and Hypertrophy parts respectively. Pushing myself in both areas. I'm a little concerned that.my kCal won't keep up but we'll see how my body signals me the next 2 weeks.
