I have been doing really good. This weekend was really good I think I drank more coffee than I did anything else. I did do a lot of house cleaning on sunday. Saturday I just took a day for me and relaxed the whole day.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 18.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
