Well not sure what's going on with my body, crazy numbers. Anyway, I forgot to document them before I left, but they were something to this effect
Body fat went down by like a half percent Muscle went up by a half percent And visceral went up by one point I don't know... last week I was down in weight, but up in body fat%, this week I gained like 8lbs but lost body fat. Oh well, I'll just keep pushing on and see what else happens
