Main weigh in for the week......

I lost a total of 6.4 pounds for the week.
It has been hard some days to stay with it but I did .... Now 82 pounds to go.
128.0 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 37.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi, I came across your post and was intrigued. I use to follow atkins, now I'm starting to do do slim fast only because I happened to have the powder in my panty. Calorie counting is new to me, SF says 1300 calories and I'm finding it pretty hard. After reading your post you said around 2000. Is it really working to lose around 6 pounds a wk? Thanks for listening...
