iya abis gimana lagi udah dipesen :( ga enak di tolak padahal udah bilang lagi diet ...cheat semalam aja katanya hahaha ....saya baca2 kondisi saya ini sebenernya ga baik juga karena ketone saya tinggi masuknya ke starvation mode...awal2 saya jarang makan sayur ,jadi sayur bener2 ditakar ,saya beli timbangan makanan jadi sayur saya takar beratnya cuma 20gr saya banyakin daging2an kalo minyak paling banyak 2 sendok, tapi saya suka minum plain cream 2 teguk aja sih hehehe

Time for you to add carbs then... Coba berry ato nuts aja... Aku suka campur walnut, almond, flax seed, chia seed, and raspberry dgn whip cream... Dijadiin kayak cereal gitu makannya... Nuts porsi sedikit n seeds perbanyak...

Adding 50 gms butter to hot veg soup gets you a high FAT intake preparation. Adding butter/cheese to a 2 egg omelet with a padding of veg makes it high fat stuff. Yes one has to forego grains to large extent. If however you cannot restrict CARBS to 100gms/day or below then please don't think about LCHF.
Taking full fat milk, taking c ream of full fat milk, curd from full fat milk ... etc etc. For a vegetarian choices become limited but not impossible.

Ntar aku posting foto di grup... Ya... skrg nyoba tambah fat ke makanan... Tapi, aku ga gitu suka ama bullet proof coffee, tetep di minum seh, anggap aja obat diet, lol... Pagi ini bullet proof coffer dgn butter n minyak kelapa satu sendok, siang tumis sawi putih n telur 3 biji dengan mozarella n minyak kelapa 1 sendok, lalu tambah butter lagi... Menurut kamu gimana tuh makanan aku?
