Are you quitting on you, or are you wanting to quit thinking about food and weight all the time. My hat is off to you for hanging in at 155 and sticking it out with Weight Watchers 2 years. You demonstrated you have the ability to learn and the discipline to apply what you learned. From my experience, I was 155# at age 26 and doing Richard Simmons (portion control) and couldn't stick with it longer than 3 weeks. But the feeling that my body was not beautiful was there and stayed there until I was old and really fat! Oddly, I felt more acceptance toward my body after menopause and 250#, although I never liked my photos. I hope you find what you need, and feel good along the way ❤ I think you have the tools you need 🙂

Hello. I have found that I need to be able to eat the foods I enjoy or it’s just not sustainable. I still count my calories but have loosened up on being SO restrictive. I experiment w different recipes and it keeps things interesting and fresh, yet I keep my quick go-to meals. I still try and keep it 90% whole fresh foods, 10% processed.
