Ate some pizza and cake yesterday 😅 It was my daughter's birthday. Good eats though. No guilt as I know I've been pushing myself and earn these kind of meals. Moderation is the key. I'm not prepping for competition so meals such as this here and there is fine. 90/10 rule. I apply that to most of my life. Sometimes it's more like 99/1 hahaha. I like to push myself. Like in today's workout! Legs. Awesome. Weight progression, control and just pure awesomeness. Love the way my legs look woth the exception of my hamstrings. Need to keep targeting this.
