😆😆😆 I couldn't do the rest day today. I continued onward with my Push Workout including 2 missed ab exercises from yesterday (I didn't copy over the routine from last week correctly). It was a great workout though. Felt distraught this morning. Some old bread crumbs came up and got me pretty emotional. Gym was a therapy today. And I really pushed through max rep ranges. Eats was good yesterday. Slightly over but my hunger was in check. Been missing out on veggies for a few days so it was good to get it in yesterday. Fridays are usually our Family Nights, so this means we may be having something out of the regular meals. I love earning this meals throughout the week though I'm not yearning for it, it's another way for me to let loose from the rigidity of my carefully planned days.
