Been doing better. My meal prep lunches for work has been: a keto bread and low fat kraft cheese grilled cheese sandwich; 1 cup of spinach; 1 serving of onion and chave cream cheese; and tomato soup. Been craving this combo real hard, tasty and low cal. Been trying to eat oatmeal for breakfast again.

I did do some walking, but that same day, I guess I may have sprained my left ankle when my sister and I took our dogs to the creek. I don't recall the exact step that messed me up, but oops :V

Trying to get back at it, and I think I'm back on track.
98.9 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
