Gotta get new batteries for my scale, it’s been putting in work with all this dang fluctuation 😂 My measurements are down though, which I’m counting as a win! Sleep seems to be starting to become a tiny little bit more manageable so gonna try and incorporate back in my nightly treadmill run and some core exercises.
