For sale. One completely useless immune system. Going cheap. Hell. Free to a good home. I’ll even deliver it.
I’m not but yet surprised with this gain. I don’t feel the weight but wasn’t expecting this much.
I haven’t been well since the end of January and it’s really starting to take a toll on me mentally and physically. I’m finishing round six of antibiotics today and just cannot get rid of this sinus infection. And I cannot start the next DMT until I am infection free.
Oh well. Happy Wednesday my friends. 💜

Are you taking Vitamin D3 or Vitamin D2 (for vegans)? It should not affect any of your medications you are currently taking but most people are Vitamin D deficient. You may find that including that one vitamin in your regimen may in fact help. I currently take 5, 000 IU daily & even I am still deficient as on my test from several months ago said. There is one other herbal I would recommend exploring for after you are done with your antibiotics. It's called Olive Leaf Extract. It's an overall immune booster. I used to get sinus infections & bronchitis all the time years ago. I did my research and started taking it on my own and lo & behold after about 3 months of taking it my body was better able to keeping the infections away. Just a couple of suggestions for you to look into as well as Margatyna's recommendation which I fully back as well.

I take 50K units of prescribed vitamin D once a week and 500 mg of over the counter vitamin C daily. I’m wary about immune boosting herbal supplements as I have an overactive immune system to begin with (MS). I haven’t had a sinus infection in about three decades. A generic drug that I started on January 23 threw my entire immune system for a loop resulting in several adverse effects, one of which is one mother of an infection. A deviated septum is probably adding to the problem as well. 🙁 I think I’ve managed a total of about two weeks without an infection. And I’ll definitely look at the sugar and carbs bit too. I don’t eat much in the line of sweets, but carbs are probably an issue. Thank you both for your suggestions - it’s very much appreciated. I have the feeling that a visit to an ENT specialist is in my future. Oh goody. 🫤

Not sure if it will be good for you, but i started taking Zinc to boost my immune system after I caught Covid (and my 85 year old mother was able to fight it off and test negative! 🙄)
