I started following HCG 2.0 and so far it's yielding really good results, I got to eat a lot more. I still felt kinda hungry but that's because I weight lifted yesterday still. I plan on weightlifting still M-W-F but less lbs. I also am discouraged to weigh in everyday so I won't until Next Sat, which will be hard for me since I'm so used to it. But I'll trust the process.
61.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
