Only week 2 and I’ve stuck to my deficit, so not entirely sure why I’ve gained. I went off my birth control at the start of last week, so thinking that’s the most likely reason why. I’ve read that weight can fluctuate massively whilst hormones are levelling out. At least it’s not a big gain!
