I've lost over 30 lbs so far but it doesn't seem like any of the fat on my torso, including my belly, has gone down at all. I look at pictures from before and it looks the same. Where did that weight go? I don't understand.
93.0 kg Lost so far: 19.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Be patient. Continue with cardio and strength training. It will most likely be one of the last places to go. It was in me anyway.
