4/15: Fasting Blood Sugar is 6.5 mmol/L
I was told yesterday that they "inflated" my bowels for the procedure. I had weighed myself yesterday after getting home and I was sitting at 247 lbs. This morning down 3 lbs but I am still feeling the after affects of it. Last night I had difficulty sleeping because of the severe cramping in various spots within my abdomen. Usually I sleep with my legs raised. I had to switch my sleep setup so that my upper body was at a 45 degree angle and even then it took forever to go to sleep. Even my hot water bottle didn't help. Ugh. I'm guessing it will be a few days yet before I feel like my normal self. So time to be gentle to me and ride this thing out. Hopefully next weigh in will be back on track.
