Day 23
還有0.7kg的債還沒還清
連假這幾天女鵝到半夜一點都在哭鬧
都睡眠不足😭😭😭
也只能期待從飲食著手~
短期目標:Day 31減重5kg/剩8天,0.225kg/天
今天晚上多吃了好多東西跟餅乾
於是決定來個HIIT運動一下30min
