ok I made it to the gym...like I thought I gave up on the workout class midway smh but its ok I need to build up my stamina...20mins out of 40min work out class and 40 mins on the treadmill...feeling great I forgot how much I like sweat...lol
122.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
