I keep being amazed at this protocol, diet, and phase! I honestly indulged on good foods yesterday, I ate at a restaurant and ate the steak with salad, I even increased my calorie with an Atkins bar,yogurt with strawberries, Ezekiel bread with almond butter, all things I enjoyed. Today I woke up and found myself 1 lbs LESS! I thoroughly enjoy Sundays... this is my last week, I will try to increase my calories this week and try to start doing more HIIT training with a little more effort.

Today this afternoon, I went to do a workout! I gave it my all! I also ate a lot today and I ate my first bun less burger from in n out. I felt great! I've been munching on chicharrones. I also made this yummy yogurt and discovered Lara bar granola, which tasted yummy!!!!
56.9 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
