I totally cheated!!! I haven't had sugar since my little lapse at Thanksgiving...until this weekend. I made 4 different types of cheesecakes for my mom's retirement party on Saturday. I did really well until that night when I brought the left-overs home to put in the fridge. I knew that I was going to have some so I didn't beat myself up about it. It was a conscious decision. I didn't have an entire piece, but I did have sampling bite(s)of each. The lemon was my favorite, followed by the plain, the turtle and the chocolate mocha. The temptation to have more was really great yesterday, but I resisted.

Despite the sugar buzz Saturday night; I made it to another mini goal weight. Woo Hoo!! I'll be moving it down another 10 pounds soon, but want enjoy this for a couple of weeks.
65.8 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
