I did a fat fast yesterday so I wouldn't have any problems today, it kinda worked, I didn't loose 2 lbs as I would have hoped to, but I did get back to 126.4, does not like the .2 hmmm. Today was my "splurge" day... I ate pretty healthy but on the more daring side. Not much to say except that I have 1 more week to go!! I think I'll start working out tomorrow... at least light HIIT training, we will see how I feel.
57.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
