Well just maintaining thinking of trying Leptin Mastery and or Paleo
131.3 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hard to choose. I've not heard of Leptin Mastery, but then again, there are a lot of diets I haven't heard of - LOL! I guess you just have to look at the rationale for each diet, what the typical foods are for each diet and if they're similar to the ones you're eating; no sense in doing a diet that requires food you hate. You just have to see where everything fits the best. And, also what would be sustainable for you after surgery.
