Nothing new. I still do bad on my off days, and do better on my work days. I stayed the same weight. I did go to the gym a few times. Learned my limits a bit. I was doing the leg press wrong maybe. I was starting the push with my left leg, and then bringing in my right leg. So my left leg was pushing all of the weight more then the right.
