Hey good morning happy Saturday to all our FS Friends!!!! Made it to the gym for a nice 3.5 mile run. 😅😊Just feels amazing to enjoy it 30 lbs less!!
What’s everyone else doing for themselves/exercise today!?!? 🤗💪
108.6 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
