So glad it went down! No steak day for me, although I think I would be doing the macadamia fast instead. I still have .2 to get to, but my body keeps liking .4 a lot! I'm feeling a little under the weather too, that might have contributed to my cheating two days ago because then yesterday I felt as if I was going to get the cold.
I'm just going to drink a lot of my teas, they make me feel comfy
57.3 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Macadamia fast ... what does that consist of?

5 1oz roasted mac throughout the day. They make you loose up to 3lbs, you can do it for three days and then return to a very super clean diet for 5 days... like no processed food and balanced food choices. You can literally loose up to 9lbs in 3 days.. lbs of fat too, not just water weight. I like to do that at least once every two months, depending on how I am eating and gaining.
