I say poorly, but I guess not, idk. My momma made a roast and coconut cake on Thursday, had to get me some. I did bad with my calories on my off days. My and sister and I got a gym membership, and I’ve gone to the gym a few times. Trying to start weight training, mainly doing what I know, chest press, leg press, and the leg curl/extension machines.
