I feel it is a pain weighing in everyday, but I believe that is what is keeping me on the straight and narrow line to downwards arrows, it is a hiccup you can overcome, just make sure you take care of yourself and do not let this effect your overall health and mental wellbeing

Aitch11, think back to putting on that size 14 top and how good that felt. Now think positive and get back to what got you there. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to help you on your way. Try to weigh in each morning first think or every other day so you can make short adjustments to your diet to keep the ship on course. You are doing great 😊
