Trying to lose some weight to get back into better physical shape for my children. My weight has been in the 210-220lbs since my mid twenties, which seemed reasonable for a 6ft man, but now that I'm in my early thirties I've hit 230lbs and started getting out of breath quickly. I would like to get back to a healthy weight and go down to 185lb.
100.3 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have similar motivation to making dietary changes (amongst others). I’d like to be able to be active with my son and would like for him to see me as fit and healthy.
