I made a banana nut bread yesterday with walnut and almond flour, it was soooo good! I only ate 1 little piece and I can't believe I stayed at the same weight!!! I love P3! I love making these types of healthy foods, being able to eat it all without guilt and see the scale now budge!! My body loves it's new weight!

126.2 for 5 days now! I've been drinking lots and lots of water, teas, cali kicker, apple cider vinegar, and adding new foods very slowly... not eating too much oils like nut butters and no bread, except for 1/2 of low carb wheat flour tortilla.
57.2 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
