I’ve been keeping pretty well to keto! I think my body is happy that I’m actually feeding it again. I had gotten into the really bad habit of just mindless (and nutritionally lacking) snacking. Or I’d just go without. Now I’m eating lots of yummy meats, cheeses, and a few veggies. It’s pretty awesome IMO. Down 3.5 lbs!
75.7 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

I think half the battle is just being aware of what you are eating and how much of it 😅

Wonderful! I used to forget to eat when I was a lot younger and raising kids. I also have to watch that I don't make snacks into meals. Glad to hear you found what works for you. 😊

So true! Mindfulness around eating is definitely a practiced thing! I can very easily fall back into snacking or not paying attention to my body cues .
