I’ve been keeping pretty well to keto! I think my body is happy that I’m actually feeding it again. I had gotten into the really bad habit of just mindless (and nutritionally lacking) snacking. Or I’d just go without. Now I’m eating lots of yummy meats, cheeses, and a few veggies. It’s pretty awesome IMO. Down 3.5 lbs!
