I ate very well yesterday, plus I enjoyed my very first Vanilla Carob Blended Ice ... I used water, but today I will definitely be putting coffee in it!! IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!
I thought I messed up because I put PB2 in it which had sugar, but I guess my body is really enjoying being at 126.2... it's been 3 days now that it has not moved!
So excited to be able to eat well without worrying! I really don't crave fast food and anything, as long as I can have very delicious homemade food, which I love to do already, inventing food I mean.
I also tried to start exercising on Monday, but i figured since this is technically my first round, I'll just stick to stabilizing with out fluctuating and not knowing if it's fat or muscle.

Yesterday I also discovered Food Babe, upon reading about PB2 and wether it was good or bad or better than Almond and Peanut Butter. Wow! This lady has some great Health Conscious information! I certainly found out if it was good or bad or better. More than I expected! Great website to go read up on no matter what phase you are in, great to know what you are eating and what to eat instead.

I also have the "Eat This, Not That!" books, great info too.

Glad you are stabalising and feeling positive with it all. I found that peanuts escalated my weight. I have been using stevia to sweeten my coffee but have been trying to break away from the idea that I need more sweetness; my downfall I guess. Unfortunately my weight has crept up a couple of kilos over the festive season. It is time to take charge and do a few steak days ... Keep up the good work : )

You are so right about the nut butter and stevia!! I added 1 tbs of almond yesterday and I gained .4 so I am going to definitely watch that. I also want to avoid so much sweetness... I guess since i have stevia I haven't pushed myself to not want it like salt. For 1 year I've been working on salt and have made a big leap into success with that, so much that I find almost EVERYTHING too salty, so that's helped me a lot in restaurants and eating out. I hope your steak days work!!! Let me know how that goes!

Hi Zaida, Sounds like you have it all under control : ) I did not start the steak days, but cut back on carbs and had dropped a kilo this morning. I would like to go from 58.6 to 56 kilos but may need to take a more drastic approach, which I was hoping to avoid. So I will just see how I go at least I am no longer at 59.6 : )

try doing an atkins day, phase 1, meaning staying under 20grams of carbs... Hope tomorrow is great for you, weight wise. :)
