Average week. Thursday - Sundays, I tend to eat like 2000-2100 calories. And then, on Monday - Wednesday, I eat like 1800-1900 calories. I did some walking on Saturday, maybe 7000 steps.
99.9 kg Lost so far: 20.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.9 kg a Week
