過敏中空腹12時昨晚沒睡好只睡三小時7:30~21:30太晚吃宵夜無排
無糖豆漿+高麗菜包素30早齋250卡烤雞腿飯八寶高麗菜粥/宵夜10點豆乾肉乾肉脯~蛋白水果晚餐蘋果棗子蜂膠
