So, I went to New Orleans from Thursday til Sunday. I tried to calorie count on Thursday, and did well. But fri, sat, and sun, it was not doable. I went out to eat a lot. BUT boi, I walked a ton over those days. 18 miles total. I was sore x.x... But usually, I tend to rebound the next week.
102.9 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Traveling is so hard! I travel once or twice for work per month. Even with the best intentions I add a few lbs due to salt intake from (even “healthy”) eating out. But that little regression does in fact disappear quickly when I’m back on my routine. Hang in there and keep up the walking!
