First weigh in since October. Was better than I expected. In November I quit drinking so I knew I was taking in less calories from that but really let my diet take any direction while I focused on sobriety. I'm feeling like I need to go back to tracking food and weight because honestly it alleviates the guilt and anxiety from worrying and guessing about food all day.
66.8 kg Lost so far: 21.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
