It's been a while since I've been on here. Had a few major health issues but that's in the past, the way I like it, and it's a new year and a sunny day.
Hope everyone has been well. I was pleased to see that I weigh a bit less than I did last time I was on here. I've been exercising a bit more and trying to eat healthy. I should really cut back on the wine! Lol. Actually, I have so that's a good thing.
If anyone is reading this, I wanted to ask you girls and guys a question: Do you know anything about Autophagy? I really want to clean up the junk inside me and from what I saw and read, this is one way to do it. Fasting and HIIT exercise is supposed to spur this on. Let me know if you know anything about this. Thanks.
