Hip replacement on Nov 30, 2022. Not moving around like I want yet. No swimming or water walking has caused increase.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hope it goes well! I'm sure you'll feel considerably better afterward. It's hard when you have a serious problem that makes it difficult to move. I know I put on 10 pounds with a foot injury a few years back

Congrats on the surgery. I have done both hips in the past and I can do just about anything I want to do without pain!
