I work in a Chocolate store, and so it is extremely difficult for me to resist the temptation of snacking whenever I had the urge to- especially whenever there was candies or chocolates that we didn't need and could either eat or throw away, and so I'm quite pleased to konw I lost 4 lbs this week.
