1900 calories, chicken sandwich on keto bread, apples and peanut butter, Jersey Mike’s sub, premier protein
70.2 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.5 kg a Week
