Changed my goal weight from 150 to 145, which is pretty much what I weighed throughout my 20s.

They say that last 10 pounds is the hardest to lose. I don't know who "they" are, but I think I agree with them! LOL I keep bouncing up a little after visiting the 155 mark. It's almost comical; I have to chuckle.

71.5 kg Lost so far: 19.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
