Well after my 10 day trip I'm actually happy that I minimized the damage, considering I ate 20+ lbs worth of food challenges and had 3 separate Thanksgivings. Plus after much testing on my own I've realized that with a high fat, low carb, moderate protein diet and with fasting & carb cycling with the types of workouts I do (mostly sticking to HIIT) getting back down to 225 will only take a matter of weeks!
104.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Gaining 0.8 kg a Week
